A writing challenge

Have you heard of the 100 Articles in 100 Days Challenge?

You will find more information about it here, but suffice to say that I have signed up and I am going to give it a go.

The basic idea is to write these articles and add them to Ezine Articles, the best article directory site around. The primary purpose of doing this is to get traffic, and since I have only recently got this blog off the ground I thought what better way to do it?

My biggest problem is that I spend so much time writing for everyone else that I never seem to get any writing done for me. So this seemed like a great way to challenge myself to turn things around.

Basically the name of the challenge says it all – you have to write 100 articles in 100 days. Period. You need to submit them to Ezine Articles if you want them to count towards the challenge, so ask yourself if you have a site you could do with promoting. Could you write 100 articles to further your interests for that site and bring in more traffic?

Can you turn blank pages into 100 articles by November 9th?

If not, you could still take part. Join Constant Content and write and add an article a day to that site instead. You can sell them to buyers all over the world, and you can keep track of the total as you work towards it.

The challenge starts on Saturday 1st August and ends on Monday 9th November. Are you ready for it? I shall add posts here as and when I get started on the challenge. Good luck all – no matter what the reason for doing this might be!
