Yes, Mini-Boosts.
It could point to a lot of things, but in this case ‘Mini-Boosts’ is the name for the new section on my blog.
I wanted something short and punchy, rather like the content it contains, and it seemed like an eye catching choice too.
The thinking behind the Mini-Boosts section is that sometimes you just need some inspiration or some small thing to kick you back into the writing habit.
You might also need something to motivate you to get back in the saddle again if you just can’t work up the energy to write. I know there have been many times that I’ve got up in the morning and just couldn’t seem to settle down into a day of writing. They don’t happen often thankfully, but they’re there all the same.
But in almost every case I have ended up reading something – perhaps just a line or a quote somewhere about writing – that has kicked me back into touch. It’s amazing how quickly and easily your love of writing can come back to you when you thought you’d lost it forever!
Mini-Boosts are short and sweet.
They’re also useful and can be read in just a short amount of time – perhaps a minute or so. I’m deliberately keeping everything in the Mini-Boosts section nice and short, because sometimes you haven’t got the time to read a full blog post.
So if you want to get that quick motivational fix, grab yourself some Mini-Boosts!
